| Lion King is a story that can be seen from many good perspectives. It can also be alleged that it is not suitable for children, because of the violent scenes it contains. However, most of its content deals with the example of Mufaza to his son, example which lingers in his memory. That alone is enough reason to rate the movie as excellent. Besides, with a good review from the parents, this movie can leave much good in younger hearts about the realities of life. One of these is the sacrifice it involves to carry on anything that is of good report. All minds need direction, especially those of children. My advice is that parents, as they view certain scenes with their children, should make appropriate comments, so as to highlight the good in them. The movie is, then, appropriate for all audiences. |

| I bought this first set of tae-bo when it just came out in 2000, one of my friends who was practicing martial arts recommended it. I was fairely active and athletic, but after my first pregnancy it was so hard to get back in shape. I was struggling for a few years, trying walking, jogging, gym, classes, everything with minor results. And then I started doing tae-bo. It was not easy, but after a month or so of doing basic I switched to advanced. My body had never looked better, I never felt better about myself! I was simply addicted to this workout! I never received so many compliments in my entire life! I should say, at about the same time I started doing yoga 2-3 times a week. It was a great work out balance. All that happened almost 7 years ago. Now, every time, when I need to shed a few pounds, I know where to go to, not to the gym, but to my bookshelf, where I keep a good collection of Tae-Bo tapes. They never let me down, never! And it's true, you can see results after 2-3 workouts only. Whether you want to lose weight or get your body toned and muscles more defined, this one is the best workout! |

Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies

| Excellent product. I had lost 52 pounds on the Sweatin to the Oldies program. The only this is they are great aerobics program; you might have to include sit ups or push ups with the program. Even though I lost alot of weight I wasn't very tight and tone. However Richard Simmons always delivers with a fun and effective weight loss program. |

| I LOVE this video and need to do it more often! My problem now is I have 2 little boys and when I get on the floor to do it, they want to get on top of me. BUT, if you don't have that problem this is for you. It has different levels of excercises, so there is something for the "new ab excerciser" and those with strong abs already. If your just getting started, workout 1 is the easiest and best for you, but don't be surprised if you can't get through the whole 10 minutes- it's hard, but you will see a significant increase in how much you can do within a week. She is great about reminding you to keep your lower back on the floor and doing the excercises correctly. |

| For some reason, and I can't quite put my finger on it, but I'm really not into Sleeping Beauty. I adore Disney movies and have seen pretty much every one, with the exception of a couple. This does not rank high on my list. The story never really interested me, the music was just OK. It came as a bit old fashioned for me. That said, It's certainly not a bad movie by any means, just not as enjoyable as some of the other brilliant ones out there. |

| Hey, I am back again buying the same tape..Out of all the firm videos, this was my only favorite. Mine was all sctrached out and can't make a copy..If you are motivated and patience this tape can make you feel like to the bone..ouch!!!worthed!! and feel good about yourself..In time you fine all those, 3, 5, 8, and 10 pounds easier and increase to heavier pound..Sounded like I am advertising..I am just a normal little asian person...Have fun!! |
